Express Shoot : Our Express Shoot Head Shot Sessions begin with a single subject sitting fee of $430. This gets you up to an forty five (45) minutes in our studio in San Mateo. During this time, we will take your photos and do a quick review of the proofs in studio for your approval. This ensures you have a variety from which to choose prior to leaving. This session is limited to a single look (i.e. no wardrobe changes).

We will then load your favorites onto a password protected gallery where you can pick your two (2) favorite images. Once selected, we will proceed any necessary or requested touch ups*, and send you a link where you'll be able to download both the low resolution version of these images (suitable for use on social media sites, corporate websites, or even online dating profiles) as well as the high resolution versions (useful for printed products, brochures, marketing materials, business cards, media kits, book covers, fliers, etc).

Extended Shoot : Have more time or unsure as to how many images you need or what to wear? Our extended shoot experience may be for you. This begins with a standard sitting fee of only $300. Here you get up to an hour and a half (1 1/2 hr) in front of our camera in as many looks/outfits as we can squeeze in. Bring a variety of outfits(tops) to wear and we'll help you decide keeping in mind your final goals of how you want to use these photos.

Shortly after your shoot, we will load your proofs into a private gallery where you may review them and select your favorites. Once selected, we will get to work right away with touch ups and any other necessary edits so you can have your images in a timely manner. In this session, there is no limit as to the number of images you may select.

Instead, images are available on an a la carte basis at the price of eighty dollars ($80) per image. This includes standard touch ups* and adjustments. All final images will be available to download in both low and high resolution within a day or two (might be longer depending on the final number of images) and in both horizontal and vertical crop formats.

Prints: Need prints to submit with your applications, for personal keepsakes, or other reasons? Communicate this need prior to delivery of your finished images and we will enable this option in your download gallery. Depending on the time of year and impact at the lab, print orders are usually fulfilled within a week of your order.

*Touch Ups: Our standard touch ups include adjustments for exposure, clearing of skin blemishes or stray hairs. More extensive adjustments like swapping backgrounds, fixing wardrobe, removal of jewelry, are open for discussion and subject to an additional fee depending on the extent of the work.

Outdoor and Studio + Outdoor Combo Sessions : In studio, we can provide a white, grey, or black background for your headshots. However, if you'd prefer to shoot outdoors for your head shots or have a combo studio and outdoor shoot, these sessions are also available beginning at $500 for an outdoor headshot session and $800 for a combo indoor and outdoor session. In both cases, deliverables will be the same as our Extended Shoot experience. Please note, outdoor sessions are subject to venue availability and may be impacted by weather.

Corporate Sessions : Have a large group you need photographed? In studio and on-site (we will travel to San Francisco, San Jose, Livermore, Walnut Creek, Concord, Millbrae, Burlingame, Atherton, Menlo Park and more) group or corporate rates are also available. Please contact us directly to discuss your specific needs, and time frame for these events. Rates vary depending on the expected number of participants and your location.
